The gala will benefit the state’s most comprehensive geriatric continuum of care. From an award-winning nursing home to inpatient hospital units dedicated to elder care, CharterCARE is known for providing comprehensive, compassionate, and innovative care to older patients. Both CharterCARE hospitals are involved in the NICHE program, which is specifically designed to improve elder care in the hospital setting. Elmhurst Extended Care is the state’s only Eden Alternative home recognized as a leader in the delivery of elder-centered care.
