Elaine Greene named Director of Provider Recruitment at CharterCARE

Elaine K. Greene, M.P.A., B.S.N., has been named Director of Provider Recruitment at CharterCARE Health Partners. In this position, she is primarily responsible for recruiting physicians to the CharterCARE system. She has more than 30 years of experience in both physician relations and health care leadership.

Greene most recently served as Interim Director of Physician Recruitment at Northwestern Medical Center. She has held a number of leadership roles in a variety of health care settings, including serving as Executive Director of Physician & Patient Relations at The Hospital of Central Connecticut. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer/Director of Nursing at Bradley Memorial Hospital and Health Center in Southington, CT.

Greene has a Masters’ in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Pace University in White Plains, New York. She also holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Niagara University.
