Joel K. Goloskie joins CharterCARE Health Partners
Joel K. Goloskie named Deputy General Counsel/Director of Compliance, Privacy & Ethics for CharterCARE Health Partners
Joel K. Goloskie has been named Deputy General Counsel/Director of Compliance, Privacy & Ethics for CharterCARE Health Partners. He joins CharterCARE from Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC, where he maintained a healthcare-focused practice spanning litigation, regulatory and transactional matters.
In his new position, he is responsible for all contracts system-wide, along with the ongoing development of policies and procedures related to a variety of topics including compliance, privacy and ethics. Goloskie received his law degree from Boston College Law School.
A frequent lecturer, Goloskie co-chairs the Boston Bar Association’s Health Law Education Committee and is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association. He was the founder of the Goloskie Consulting Group, which assisted hospitals with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and compliance. He also founded the East Georgia Health Cooperative, which united four hospitals and numerous federally-qualified health centers into a regional affiliation. Goloskie is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served as an instructor/evaluator – Special Operations Navigator.

CharterCARE Health Partners is the corporate parent of Roger Williams Medical Center and St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island. It operates a total of 579 licensed hospital beds, employs approximately 3,200 employees and has annual operating revenues of approximately $330 million.
