New Vice Chairman and Board Member Announced for CharterCARE
CharterCARE Health Partners has announced the election of Daniel J. Ryan, CPA, as vice chairman of the board of trustees and Reverend Timothy Reilly, STB, JCL, Chancellor of the Diocese of Providence, as a new member of the board.

 

“We are proud to have Dan Ryan in this new leadership role and equally pleased to welcome Rev. Timothy Reilly to the board,” said Edwin J. Santos, Chairman of the CharterCARE Health Partners Board of Trustees. “Our volunteer trustees continue to provide invaluable oversight and guidance as CharterCARE builds a system focused on community access to quality care.”

 

Daniel J. Ryan, CPA, is a Principal in the accounting firm of Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd. He was a long-standing trustee of St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island before joining the CharterCARE board last year.

 

Ryan belongs to a number of professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served on a number of community and civic boards and commissions including the State of Rhode Island Community Hospital Community Task Force, Rhode Island Board of Governors of Higher Education, and the Providence College Board of Governors National Alumni Association.

 

Reverend Timothy Reilly, STB, JCL, is Chancellor of the Diocese of Providence, a position he was appointed to in February 2010. Fr. Reilly was assigned to the Seminary of Our Lady of Providence in August 2008 and served as both Assistant Director of Spiritual Formation and Vice Chancellor for the Diocese. He has also served as associate pastor at St. Brendan Parish, Riverside.

 

Fr. Reilly received a B.S. in Communications from Boston University in 1995. He was assigned to the Pontifical North American College in Rome in 1999 and received his Bachelors in Sacred Theology from the Gregorian University.
