Welcome to St. Joseph Health Center

A vital part of CharterCARE Health Partners system, the St. Joseph Health Center provides comprehensive care to children, adults and families through a network of primary care and specialty clinics. The main health center office is located at 877 Chalkstone Avenue in Providence, adjacent to Roger Williams Medical Center, and the Pediatric and Family Dental Center is at 21 Street in South Providence in the former St. Joseph Hospital building.

The Center has convenient hours of operation, accepts all forms of insurance, and offers a sliding fee based on income to individuals who qualify. Our multicultural staff speaks a variety of languages including, but not limited to, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Interpreter services are available for patients who speak other languages.
