CharterCARE Hospitals Adjust Visitor Guidelines

As new COVID cases and COVID-related hospital admissions in Rhode Island continue to decline, CharterCARE has expanded visiting hours at its hospitals.

 

Effective Friday, February 25, visitors are allowed from 12 noon to 8:00 pm at both Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.

 

We are still limited to only two visitors per patient at a time. We are also allowing one companion per patient for all outpatient department services.

 

Behavioral health units have also returned to normal visiting hours as observed prior to the most recent surge.  

 

All existing COVID-19 precautions are to be strictly maintained and followed, including masking for all visitors.
