Fatima Hospital Launches Better Breathers Club

Published:

Our Lady of Fatima Hospital is pleased to partner with the American Lung Association in offering its Better Breathers Club program. The Lung Association has connected people living with lung disease to educate and support each other in communities for over 40 years.

Better Breathers Club members learn better ways to cope with lung conditions such as COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, and asthma while getting the support of others in similar situations. Better Breathers Club meetings offer a fun and stimulating combination of guest speakers, problem-solving discussions, and social activities. Led by trained facilitators, these in-person adult support groups give you the tools you need to stay active and healthy, living the best quality of life you can.

The program at Fatima Hospital begins May 9, 2022.

All sessions will be held on the second Monday of every month, from 3:00-4:00pm and will be held in the hospital Cafeteria, 200 High Service Avenue, North Providence. There is ample free parking and you can enter through the main lobby or Central Registration entrance.

For more information or to register, call 401-456-3125.
