Research
Dr. Kittredge is the author of several publications and presentations. His Master's Thesis at Dartmouth was on the topic ""Investigation of the Relation between TVI and Gamma Dose in implantalbe UHMWPE"".
Biography
Dr. Kittredge was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He attended the University of Virginia where he obtained a BS in Engineering Science. He continued his education at MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After earning his MD, he went back into the lab and earned an MS in Engineering Science from Thayer School at Dartmouth College. Both of his Engineering degrees concentrated in Biomedical applications/research.
Dr. Kittredge started his surgical training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. After finishing his internship, he went to SUNY Buffalo for the remaining four years of General Surgery training. After General Surgery, Dr. Kittredge moved to Baltimore, Maryland for Vascular Surgical fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Following training, Dr. Kittredge practiced in Lewes, Delaware and Charleston, South Carolina. He was the Chair of the Cardiovascular service line and ran the IAL accredited Vascular lab at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. Dr. Kittredge was an Owner and Partner of Charleston Vascular Surgery. Dr. Kittredge has presented his work at national conferences, published his research and been recognized for his teaching.
Dr. Kittredge has interests in both arterial occlusive and venous disease. He is skilled in minimally invasive interventions and offers both hospital and office-based procedures. He is happily married with two children and enjoys the outdoors and camping.
