CharterCARE Names New Human Resources Vice President

 
(Providence, RI)   CharterCARE Health Partners has named Tracey Crandall, MBA, SHRM-SPHR, as Vice President of Human Resources following an extensive search.  
 
Crandall is a seasoned human resource executive with broad-based experience in both the not-for-profit and for-profit environments including leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies. Her responsibilities spanned talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee training, employee relations, labor relations and legal compliance. She has exceled at designing and implementing talent management and leadership development strategies resulting in exceptional growth and satisfaction metrics.
 
Most recently, Crandall served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pharmscript, LLC., in New Jersey, where she facilitated an aggressive recruitment program to keep pace with a period of high growth. She also held a similar role at Methodist Hospitals in Indiana, a not-for-profit healthcare system with 2,400 employees. Crandall served as vice president human resources at Inova Health System in Virginia, and as vice president at Fresenius Medical Services, north division, providing strategic oversight for 13,500 employees. She was also regional director of human resources at Omnicare, Inc., responsible for HR functions covering 26 sites in five states.

Crandall is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and received her MBA with a concentration in human resources at Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. She is a senior certified practitioner.
