Announcing St. Joseph Health Center’s Move!

We are pleased to welcome patients of the St. Joseph Health Center to our new location! 

Now on the campus of Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, this move to 877 Chalkstone Avenue provides a more modern and safe office environment including ample waiting and treatment rooms. Patients will also have access to more physicians and medical specialists, and you will have the full services of a major hospital and brand new emergency room.
