An Impressive Spectrum of Rehabilitation Services

Our comprehensive program of rehabilitation will start you on the road to recovery so you can move on with your life. Most patients find comfort in our “team” approach to recovery, where each rehabilitation professional builds off the treatments already delivered. Our rehabilitative program for people with serious illness or injury offers more intense therapy for individuals who need a "bridge" before returning home. We offer a variety of skilled care and services to ease the road to recovery, including:

  • case management
  • dietitian
  • internal medicine
  • interpreter services
  • neuropsychologist
  • nursing
  • occupational therapy
  • pastoral care
  • physical therapy
  • rehabilitation medicine
  • speech language pathology
  • therapeutic recreation

Specialty Programs

Everyone’s recovery is different, which is why we offer a number of specialty rehabilitation programs. In addition to our general rehabilitation services, several areas of unique specialization set us apart from other providers in the region. Includes among those are:

Stroke Specialty

The Stroke Specialty Rehabilitation Program, a CARF recognized program, provides adults needing therapy to improve their function and quality of life. Our patients have been diagnosed with cerebral vascular accidents (CVA), intracranial hemorrhages, and thrombo/embolic strokes.

Neurorehabilitation

This program treats patients with diagnoses such as brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis. Our dedicated staff work with patients to regain the skills to walk, communicate and live more independently. Our therapists also treat patients with cognitive and/or behavioral disabilities.

Orthopedic

Our rehabilitation program treats patients after hip fractures, joint replacement, and multiple trauma. We strive to always improve our therapy, and our orthopedic program’s innovations have been published in major rehabilitation journals.

Support Groups

Because issues associated with serious disabilities can be physical as well as emotional, we sponsor support groups for patients who have had a brain injury, stroke or spinal cord injury. We also host a family education and orientation group.

The Fatima All S.T.A.R.S. (Stroke, Together, Advocacy, Recovery, Support) invite you to join us for our "HOPE after STROKE" meetings. Survivors, families, caregivers are all welcome to attend.
