CharterCare hospitals are performing elective surgeries with precautions in place. 

“I’m very comfortable having surgery at the CharterCare center,” said Dr. Robert Buonanno, the chair of surgery at Fatima Hospital. “The few patients that we have are in a separate part of the hospital.”
